with the whole ruckus over the nkf, hopefully the people will be appeased with he resignation of the entire board. the thing is, now everybody is in some sort of heat to cancel all donations, without actually realising that the victims of the consequences are the patients themselves. is it more likely that the organisation will reduce the wages of the staff due to lack of donations, or turn away more patients? and i don't see how some can call up to nkf and start hurling abuses at anyone who picks up the phone. its not as if dulai himself is going to answer the calls. its just the telephone dept. and i'm sure they are to blame for dulai's ridiculous bonuses.
yes i think his salary is fine. nkf is, after all, a huge organisation and obviously not one that's easy to run. but bonuses are supposed to be level across the whole company. 12 month bonus?? he might as well work alternate years.
by the way if the company funds your holidays and cars and maintenance and petrol, what on earth is your salary for??
